Our sales associates are able to assist you with basic room design. Information such as wall colors, room dimensions, and flooring will help them suggest to you perfect matches to enrich your home. Please contact a store near you to discuss your needs with a sales associate.

What products can you recommend for families with young children and/or pets?
Almost all of our products are perfect for children and the child-at-heart. Our upholstered items are low-maintenance and durable. Your family will enjoy the benefit of spending time together with the perfect match from one of many of our product lines.

Many of our products are made here in the United States while others are directly imported from Europe and Asia. What kind of guarantee comes with the product?
The furniture, electronics and appliances sold in Spiller Furniture & Mattress showrooms have a one year manufacturer warranty to cover manufacturer defects. Spiller Furniture & Mattress also offers optional insurance plans for your furniture called Product Protection from 4Warranty. Clearance items are sold “as is” and are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Does the bed include a mattress?
Our bed prices include the headboard, footboard and rails. Due to the variety of options available in mattresses we do not include them in the pricing. We want to make sure you are provided the opportunity to pick out the best mattress for your needs. Resting well is important, so shop our selection of here to find the best mattress for you.

When will my furniture be coming in?
Please contact your sales associate at the showroom location where you purchased your furniture. They are happy to answer any questions you may have.

How do I apply for credit?
Spiller Furniture & Mattress offers in house financing. To apply, visit your nearest store where a credit application can be done in 10 minuets. You can also apply online here and you will be contacted soon by one of our associates.

Do you offer a lease to own plan?
Yes we do! In order to best serve all of our customer’s financial needs, Spiller Furniture & Mattress has partnered with Progressive to provide a lease to own option. To apply, visit your nearest store. Or you can apply online here and you will be contacted soon by one of our associates.

Do you offer layaway?
Yes we do! Spiller Furniture & Mattress offers multiple financing options including layaway in our all of our stores. You can purchase any of our available in stock items for as little as 20% down and pay toward the balance on a 90 day time frame. Visit your nearest store to find out more details.

Can I make my finance payments at one of your locations?
You can make your payments for all financing through Spiller Furniture & Mattress at your nearest store. However, lease to own plans are handled by Progressive and can not be made in store.

Can I pay my bill online?
You can make payments on your Spiller Furniture & Mattress bill online by clicking here and following the instructions.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we have a delivery option. Delivery charges depend on your distance from the location where the purchase was made. Spiller Furniture & Mattress will inspect, assemble and deliver your furniture. Our trained staff will also set up your furniture purchase in your home. We do not offer a haul-away service.

Do I have to wait at my home or office all day for my delivery?
You will receive a call the day of delivery to notify you that our staff is on their way to your location. This should provide ample time for you to arrive to meet our staff.

I won’t be able to accept my delivery as scheduled. What do I do?
Please contact the sales associate at the store you purchased from to set up other arrangements as soon as possible.

What if my product is damaged upon pick up or delivery?
Please contact the sales associate at the store where the purchase was made and we will service your problem immediately.
