Product Protection Plans – Don’t Use It, Don’t Lose It!

Life happens—coffee spills on your new sofa, water rings on your nightstand, or spaghetti stains on your upholstered dining chairs. While accidents are inevitable, you can protect your investment with a Spiller Furniture Product Protection Plan.

With a protection plan, we will repair or replace your items for the life of the plan. Plus, if you don’t file a claim, you won’t lose your investment! After the plan expires, you can return to the store within 60 days to receive a Spiller Furniture store credit equal to the amount you paid for the protection plan.

Manufacturer Warranties

Spiller Furniture does not grant or imply warranties on any products. Manufacturer warranties, if provided, are offered to the original purchaser. Warranty paperwork is typically included with your product.

Some manufacturers handle warranty claims directly, while others prefer Spiller Furniture to assist. Regardless, we are happy to help! Please contact the store where you made your purchase.

Manufacturer warranties cover parts and labor but exclude transportation costs. Spiller Furniture may charge a delivery or pickup fee when handling manufacturer warranty claims. Many manufacturers require photos of damaged items before processing claims. If you cannot provide photos, we can send a technician for an additional fee.
