Cancellation Policy for Online Orders
We recommend that you visit one of our 13 showrooms to make your furniture selections to ensure the furniture is the right size and fits your needs. If you cannot find what you’re looking for in our stores, we encourage you to shop our website for other furniture styles that can be special ordered. If you change your mind for any reason within 24 hours after making your online purchase, feel free to contact us to cancel your order, and you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours, you will receive a store credit less a 10% cancellation fee.
Returns for Special Ordered Items
Special ordered merchandise cannot be returned for any reason.
Cancellations of Regularly Stocked Items
Cancellations of merchandise purchased from one of our stores are allowed before the date of delivery or pick up, for a full refund. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and have had possession for 3 days or less, just let us know and you will receive merchandise refund less a 20% restocking fee. If the furniture was delivered, the delivery charge cannot be refunded. We can come pick up the merchandise for an additional delivery charge. If you picked up the furniture, simply bring it back to the location where you picked it up.
Furniture that has been in your possession for over 3 days is considered “used” and cannot be returned.
Clearance and other “As-is” Items
All clearance and other “as-is” sales are final. These items cannot be returned once they have been delivered or picked up for any reason.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
All returned merchandise must come back to us in new condition.
Refunds
If you charged your purchase, we will credit your charge account. If you paid by credit or debit card, we will credit your credit or debit card. All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our corporate office in 7-10 business days.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Spiller Furniture & Mattress are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Cardholder Agreement
When you make purchases from Spiller Furniture & Mattress using your major credit card, you agree to honor the terms and conditions of your cardholder agreement. Spiller Furniture & Mattress is not responsible for items lost in shipping (see "Risk of Loss")
Product Descriptions
Spiller Furniture & Mattress and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Spiller Furniture & Mattress does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Spiller Furniture & Mattress itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
